What is the most important lesson that you have learned in the past year and how does it apply to your business?
SayleSafety:
We’ve learned that we can be what we envision for ourselves if we work at it long enough. As our organization gains traction and we begin to have an idea of what the other side looks like, it’s become clear that your efforts can translate into the outcomes you wish.
Many of our clients wonder whether or not they can positively impact their Safety Culture or if it’s even worth trying – but by collaborating with us they can learn the same lesson and see that their efforts are not in vain.
We follow the “Lean Start-up” methodology, and have found it to be very challenging, but very rewarding when we can pivot and tweak our products and services to meet our clients' (and ultimately wider target market) needs.
Our passion is fuelled by the endeavour to ensure everyone wants to go to work, do their job well and get home safe.
