Who/What inspired you to open a new business?
SayleSafety:
Our business start-up founders voluntarily left steady, good paying jobs when the Ivany Report screamed to us to become entrepreneurs and make the leap of faith to try and grow a business in Nova Scotia.
We have all worked extensively and lived in numerous countries around the world, but are passionate about raising our families and growing our business in our home province of Nova Scotia.
Our combined experience in international safety and digital design identified a real opportunity to develop digital safety solutions (in a primarily antiquated paper-based industry) while simultaneously building a Safety Culture movement across Canada – commencing right here in Nova Scotia.
Our goal is to establish the belief that everyone wants to go to work, do their job well and get home safe.
