As proud signatories to the Nova Scotia Health & Safety Charter, SayleGroup was excited to attend the inaugural Nova Scotia Health and Safety Leadership Conference on November 09, 2016. Our team was thrilled to hear that the major initiative was “Mental Health in the Workplace”.
The Safety Culture movement, started in Nova Scotia, is gathering strength. We must all be accountable in taking a proactive leadership role in protecting our own health and safety, and that of others.
Safety Culture is like an iceberg. Don’t worry – this isn’t the start of some confusing poem you’re going to need to meticulously dissect just to get an idea of what it means. It’s actually a pretty straightforward simile.
